Brad Ratliff, Mortgage Banking Consultant - Brad has had the unique opportunity to serve in several areas of the mortgage and real estate industries. The intricacies of each position have provided a foundation of knowledge that serves his client’s overall mortgage needs. Over the past 15 years he has served as a Credit Bureau Analyst, Mortgage Processor, Junior Underwriter, Real Estate Agent and an FHA Direct Endorsed and VA Lapp Approved Underwriter. However, it goes without saying, his most fulfilling venture has been his time serving as a Mortgage Banking Consultant!
Jeanne Ratliff, Client Coordinator, has served as a mortgage processor, post-closing coordinator and most recently as a client coordinator on the “Ratliff Team”. But regardless of her position, for over 12 years, her number one priority has been using her experience to deliver exceptional customer service. Her responsibilities include monitoring each client’s timeline, and real estate agents, sellers, title companies, and of course, the borrowers!
Barb Harrison, Client Coordinator, has worked with Priority Mortgage since 1998 as a loan processor, dedicated originating assistant, as well as a post-closing coordinator. A vital part of Brad’s team, Barb is responsible for keeping all of the loan documents organized, preparing the loan for underwriting submission, as well as completion of the closing package. Barb also handles tasks associated with client follow up and is responsible for numerous marketing obligations. Her attention to detail is unmatched, making her an invaluable part of the team.
