Daniel W. Baumann

Dan Baumann has celebrated over 30 successful years in the real estate industry.  His experiences as both a realtor and a mortgage banker have bumped him to the top of home buyers' lists of "lenders to call."  Armed with the pulse of the market and his tatical approach to finance, his clients walk away knowing their needs, and the needs of their family have been met.

Dan, Assistant Vice President at Priority Mortgage, joined the team in 1989.  "I enjoy my job immensely and love to see the happy faces on my clients when they close their loans."

Dan and his wife of 43 years are residents of the Columbus area.  They have three children and five "very smart" and "cute" grandchildren.  Dan graduated Cum Laude in 1972 from Franklin University.  He is an active member of the Gahanna Area Realty Association, Tri-County Realty Association, Knights of Columbus Council 3864, 4-S Club, and attends St. Paul Church in Westerville.
